EMS Station and Ambulance Tours

Sponser: Robertson County EMS

Station and Ambulance Tours is one of the cherished community education programs that we offer at Robertson County EMS. This particular initiative is designed to cater to the curiosity and enthusiasm of our youngest community members, giving them a unique opportunity to get up close and personal with an ambulance and meet our dedicated EMS personnel. We've found that these tours hold a special place in the hearts of our littlest residents and often become some of their fondest memories.

But there's more to these tours than just fun and games. They serve a crucial purpose by providing an environment in which children can become familiar with our life-saving equipment and the compassionate individuals who operate it. This familiarity not only ignites their interest but also serves as a vital tool in alleviating the anxiety that can arise during a true emergency requiring ambulance transport. When children have been introduced to our equipment and met the friendly faces behind the uniforms, it can make a world of difference when they find themselves in a situation where they need our assistance.

At Robertson County EMS, we're dedicated to being active members of our community and fostering a sense of trust and familiarity. That's why we extend an open invitation to have us visit your school, church, or community event to offer a guided tour of our ambulance. It's an engaging and educational experience that can leave a lasting impact on the young minds of our community. We believe that this hands-on approach is a vital part of building a resilient and informed community, ready to respond effectively to emergencies.
