Thank you for your interest in applying with Robertson County EMS. Robertson County EMS always accepts applications for field EMTs, Advanced EMTs, and Paramedics. Our application is found at the top of this page and can be returned via fax, mail, hand delivered in person, or scanned and emailed to employment@rcems.org. After your application is received it will be reviewed and you will receive a telephone call advising you of our next hiring process. Robertson County EMS only conducts the hiring process as needed so please be patient while waiting to be contacted.

Base Pay for a Full Time EMT is $43,000 annually without experience.
Base Pay for Full Time Paramedic is $60,000 annually without experience.
Additional pay available based on experience level.

24/48 or 48/96 Scheduling for Full Time Staff
PRN Shifts Available
100% Employee Insurance Paid by Company (Medical, Vision & Dental)
50% Family Medical Insurance Coverage
Texas County Districts Retirement System (TCDRS) 7% Employee Contribution with 175% Match at retirement
